06:56 pm - Today, Friday,... How my day went....
9:00A.M.: Alarm sounded, startling me awake. I quickly hit snooze.
9:06A.M.: Snooze ends and wakes me up. I sit motionless and think.
9:15A.M.: I make my way to the living room where I pet various cats.
9:20A.M.: I make it into the shower and get dressed.
9:40A.M.: I leave my house and go to Starbucks where I get an iced coffee and leave for work.
10:15A.M.: I arrive to work but update my Android O.S. in the parking lot.
10:30A.M.: I make it to my desk, check my voice mail, log onto the network, do various things and load Office Enterprise 07 onto my new HP Laptop. Yay free things!
12:00P.M.: I watch Heroes Season 3 on Hulu, sit on AIM, Yahoo and google talk. I browse the web and chat on Myspace, NRO and a few other sites. Yay VLAN.
14:30P.M.: I leave work and go home.
I love Fridays.

Eh, Much!
I came back from Miami for Ultra/WMC on March 30th. Had a chance to finally hang out with Molly and met Greg as well. Very delightful people and I hope to be seeing them again soon!
While I was down there things were a bit crazy and myself, us and different groups of friends down there really had some bad luck but things worked out in the end.
I'm currently battling a wreckless driving ticket.
However spending time with friends and good music made me happy and the entire trip worth it.
Tomorrow I'm leaving on another trip and going to hang out in New Orleans for a day or two. Woo!
My video card died. The GPU has failed and I need a new video card.
Someone buy me a PNY 295GTX card plz.

So I'm having hardware issues with my graphics card. I'm currently running a PNY 8800GTX 768mb ddr3 card and running Windows Vista 64 Ultimate.
I kept getting driver issues that Vista would repair and then it was just crap out. I tried updating drivers, other solution but to no avail.
I would reboot the machine and the CMOS screen would show artifacts like a broke NES game. However when Vista loads it's in normal resolution and with no artifacts. Device Manager shows an exclamation point.
When I go home I'm going to try to swap to the other PCIe 16x port and hope for the best.
Does anyone here have a working Windows XP 64 bit serial or crack? I have plenty of 32-bit versions but no 64. Damnit!
If this is indeed a Vista issue and will need reimaging I don't want to put Vista on it again and I most certainly not want to put Windows 7 on it since it's still a beta.
And No, I can't put Ubuntu/Linux/Gnu or any of those on it since this is indeed a game machine and needs windows for full compatibility.

Yes, I know I don't update this often.
I'm considering getting a TomTom today or another GPS device. I'm looking to spend about $200.
requirements are as follows...
-large display.
-favorites.
-find nearest starbucks!
-Use real street names rather than CR-666 or whatever.
Ideas? Suggestions?

10:28 am - Das Auto: My VW Rabbit. 3,000 Miles Later...
I've had my car for nearly two months now. I've dubbed my whip "Teh Bunny". So far it's running amazingly awesome, super-quick, great on gas and only had a couple instances where I almost wished I had a bigger car or at least 4-doors.
I'm already used to the handling and the fact that there is no arm rest. What I'm really digging right now is the fact that my heated seats! ! ! I feel like I'm roosting. Hehe
On Thursday I'm going to be visiting Christy down in Houston Texas for a few days. I'll be back Sunday night.
So what's new Live Journal?
Anyone want to join me for a Devils game?

So my VW Rabbit is running great. It's super fun to drive and I really miss VW to begin with. I'm happy. The audio system has to go. I'm thinking of getting a in dash Alpine Audio LCD touch screen HU.
In other news...
I just narrowly miss losing my job today.
There are 5 people on my team with an additional guy who is an EDS employee who works as our supervisor/liason with EDS and Kraft. Well, a team mate became ill and was rushed to the hospital. As of right now we still have no idea if he's going to be ok.
Well today my real boss came in to talk to us about it and other things. Oh yeah, and as I was in the other building he laid one of us off because they can't afford 5.
I found out it was either me or him. We make the same money and he has 10 years more experience. Also, has been her a lot longer then me.
Why did they keep me and not him?
They find him to be always butting heads with management and a loose cannon.
So yeah, I was almost out of a job.
Sigh,
I can't wait to get in William Paterson.

So yeah, it's Fall, it's October and it's now hoodie weather!
This get me overly excited.
I'm trying to get costume ideas for Halloween but I'm unsure if I want to spend a lot of money or not.
Any good foreign horror films I should put on my NetFlix?
My VW Rabbit is running well. I waited to the last possible chance and I ended up getting a little over 300 miles on one tank of gas. This was stop and go city driving and not long distance highway driving. So I'm happy on the mileage that my car gets.
If anyone here knows anything about car audio hit me up and let me know. I'm looking for a good shop to buy components from, a place for installation and to see what is compatible physically and if it needs total custom installation, what's a recommended place!?
Tonight I'm either going to see.

The industrial/goth scene was in full force at BM this year. Spike's Vampire Bar, Death Guild and Arachnophobia had awesome drinks, old skool industrial, goth, industrial karaoke and I do recall a depeche mode night !!
